Shipping Options

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

- Free 48-Hour Tracked Dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

- £3.99 Optional 24-Hour Tracked Dispatch Upgrade (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. During peak times, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

Tracking & Confirmation

All orders include full tracking. Tracking numbers are emailed to the customer once the parcel has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring, tracking and ensuring someone is available to accept the parcel upon delivery.

Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail and marked as dispatched, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. 

If Royal Mail marks a parcel as delivered, we consider the delivery fulfilled.

Disputes about delivery please  email us directly with Royal Mail using your tracking number.

 

We will assist where possible by providing dispatch confirmation and tracking, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered by Royal Mail. We can offer

replacements for lost items

We will note down instances in our records if there is an issue with your delivery which Royal Mail is responsible for, for example: Marked as delivered but the POD is not showing the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail allows parcels to be reported as lost only after a set number of working days:

- Tracked 48: 10 working days from dispatch

- Tracked 24: 7 working days from dispatch

If your parcel has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact us so we can help open a claim with Royal Mail.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

You will have the opportunity to change your address until approximately 4am the next working day. Please check your address is correct upon completing your order- there will be an option to change your address on the thank you page.
