Preloved Wholesale is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are a business customer (e.g., sole trader, limited company, reseller). These terms do not apply to consumer transactions.

• All items sold are preloved, second-hand, or reclaimed.

• We do not guarantee the presence or absence of specific brands, styles, sizes, or eras unless explicitly stated.

• Items may have signs of wear, damage, or repairs. This is reflected in our pricing and risk-reward model.

• Listings will describe stock packs (e.g., “25 x Zara Mixed Tops”) to the best of our knowledge at time of packing.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

• We reserve the right to reject any order prior to dispatch for any reason (e.g., mispricing, stock issues).

• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

• Payment methods: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days.

• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

• Risk of goods passes to you upon dispatch.

• No returns or refunds unless the goods are materially different from what was described.

• Faults, damage, or wear are part of the nature of second-hand clothing and are not valid grounds for return unless grossly misrepresented.

• If you believe a box is not as described, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery with photos.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our website or products.

• Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the goods.​

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are suspected of fraudulent use.

     We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., fire, floods, strikes, pandemics, transport disruption)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
