At PrelovedWholesale.co.uk, we supply second-hand clothing to businesses and resellers. As a B2B platform, our refund policy reflects the nature of wholesale preloved stock.

General Policy

Due to the nature of preloved, mixed, or graded stock, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the goods are materially different from what was described.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Items may show signs of wear, age, damage, or repairs.
Minor defects (e.g., stains, holes, missing buttons) are part of expected condition.
Styles, sizes, and brands may vary.
Grading terms (e.g., “Grade A”) are indicative and based on internal quality assessments.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe an item or stock pack is:

Materially different from its listing description (e.g., you receive 25 coats when you ordered 25 dresses), or
Severely misrepresented (e.g., labelled “branded” but contains no brands at all),

You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photographs of the affected items and box contents

Once we receive your claim:

We’ll acknowledge your email within 2 working days.
We may request additional photos or clarification.
If we agree that the items were misrepresented, we may offer:
- A partial refund
- A discount on future orders
- A replacement item or box (where stock allows)

All remedies are at our sole discretion. We do not cover return shipping or courier fees unless agreed in advance.

Refunds or returns will not be offered for:

Change of mind
Items that don’t sell
Sizing or style preference
Minor wear and tear
Grading disagreements unless grossly off-standard
